Villa Monte Solare is an exceptional hotel. The staff are fantastic & couldn't have done more to make our holiday so enjoyable and comfortable. We were so impressed by the changes that have been made with the addition of the outside dining area & cannot wait to return next year.
Maybe there are much nicer rooms in the main hotel, but we were in the outbuildings. The rooms were tired. But most of all the air conditioning smelled mildewy. We ended up sleeping in the lower room and closing the door to the bedroom.
